The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to grow and lead strategic sales initiatives for our Cybersecurity Marketing Services practice. This senior role combines enterprise account leadership, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to win and expand complex engagements with large technology and cybersecurity organizations. If you are motivated by building long-term partnerships, designing integrated marketing-sales solutions, and driving revenue at scale, this role offers high visibility and substantial upside within a fast-growing global business.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Account Leadership: Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across cybersecurity, technology, and adjacent verticals. Develop executive-level relationships, uncover business priorities, and position ISMG/XM as a strategic marketing partner.
New Business & Pipeline Development: Generate and qualify pipeline through targeted outbound, executive engagement, events, referrals, and partner channels. Build a predictable, multi-quarter sales funnel and convert large, multi-phase opportunities.
Solution Design & Proposal Management: Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and content teams to design bespoke go-to-market programs—demand generation, content programs, integrated campaigns, event sponsorships, and managed services. Lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial negotiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery, account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure solutions meet client KPIs and are delivered on time and on budget. Champion client success and expansion opportunities.
Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning: Represent ISMG/XM at industry events, webinars, and executive forums. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that drive credibility and awareness within cybersecurity communities.
Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline data in CRM (Dynamics 365 or similar). Deliver regular account and territory reporting, and collaborate with sales operations to refine processes and playbooks.
What You Bring to the Table
10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record selling marketing, media, or professional services to cybersecurity, enterprise IT, or technology organizations.
Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals (six- to seven-figure engagements) and manage multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
Strong consultative selling skills and experience designing integrated marketing solutions that combine content, demand generation, events, and managed services.
Executive presence and credibility; comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior IT/security leaders.
Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred), advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; highly organized with strong attention to commercial detail.
Results-driven mindset with a collaborative approach; able to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background or strong interest in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, or related technologies is highly desirable.
