The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented, dedicated marketing professional to further amplify our extraordinary Digital Campaigns team as a Campaign Operations Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal processes and workflows within ISMG’s marketing technology stack, as well conducting both regular and ad-hoc analysis of ISMG’s clients’ digital marketing programs to drive optimal campaign outcomes for ISMG’s clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Data Management with daily data entry and tracking, aligned with ISMG process procedure.
Maintaining marketing automation workflows and contributing to process/project management.
Learning and developing expertise in email marketing, landing page optimization, and other digital tactics to manage back-end operations of client campaigns.
Interpreting contracts and client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure accurate implementation and high quality delivery within standard systems/processes.
Managing communication between client-facing teams and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitoring campaign progress and providing regular updates on lead metrics.
Creating and Managing internal and client ad (banner) campaigns, including delivering insights and performance reporting.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field(s).
2-3 years of digital marketing campaign operations experience, involving data management, and workflow process management.
Experience with MarTech platforms and the digital media ecosystem, including email automation and digital marketing administration preferred.
Previous experience with technology or information security marketing preferred.
Exceptionally organized, extremely detail and process oriented, highly analytical, and strategic.
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team, interfacing with co-workers and supporting department objectives, and independently when needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
