What You'll Be Doing

• Marketing Communications: MarCom activities, mostly in the B2B Environment.

• Marketing Operations: Planning and executing campaigns (digital campaigns, social media activities, productions, events, conventions etc.), budget management.

• Analytics and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics and managing execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and track ROI.

• Managing Client Relationships: Act as the key contact for clients, ensuring and providing full service and maintenance for our clients according to their marketing strategy.

• Event Production: End-to-end management of events, including working with suppliers and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• Relevant Experience: Background in MarCom as coordinator, budgeter, marketing assistant, or similar roles preferably in B2B, high-tech fields.

• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with various digital marketing strategies and online platforms such as Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.

• Organization & Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, structure, and close attention to detail.

• Proactive Nature: A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic.

• Tech Enthusiasm: Passion for technology and innovation and excitement for exploring new tools.

• Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Hebrew and English, equally confident communicating in both languages.
