The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Solutions Sales Professional who brings more than numbers — someone with heart, curiosity, and real marketing intuition.
A person who can open doors, but also open conversations by demonstrating their understanding of the B2B world. At Xtra-Mile, you’ll work with leading brands in Software, Medical, and High-Tech and people buy from people who get them.
This role isn’t only about closing deals; it’s about earning trust, delivering true value, and guiding clients toward smarter marketing decisions that help them grow. If you’re someone who combines commercial drive with empathy, curiosity, and strategic thinking — this is where you’ll shine.
What You'll Be Doing
Winning New Business: Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing the deal.
Consultative Selling: Lead high-level sales conversations, delivering smart, compelling presentations that address the specific pain points of C-level executives.
Tailoring Solutions: Work creatively to craft bespoke marketing packages that fit the needs of diverse companies in Israel and abroad.
Collaboratively Closing: Partner with internal delivery teams to build proposals that are both winnable and deliverable at the highest standard.
What You Bring to the Table
Emotional Intelligence First: Strong ability to read people, build trust, and guide clients through a shared journey.
Sales With Substance: Experience in Selling complex professional services, communicating strategically with senior stakeholders, presenting with confidence, and translating business challenges into marketing solutions.
B2B Understanding: A strong plus. Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape is a bonus.
Creative & Inquisitive Approach: Comfortable asking unconventional questions, exploring fresh angles, and thinking beyond the obvious.
Collaborative Mindset: Comfort working closely with internal teams to co-create solutions and ensure client success.
Bilingual Communication: Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew (presentation level required).
